Plans for a new function and accommodation hub in Australia‘s Perthville town are being submitted to Bathurst Regional Council, a report said.

The $2.27-million (about $1.67 USD) proposal will have two sheds on the property located at 25 Hollis Lane converted and joined to create a new building used as a function center that could accommodate up to 300 guests.

Also planned are 32 tourist units on the property and a separate “primitive campground” of 20 sites.

A declaration of environmental impact filed with the DA says that parking for approximately 100 vehicles will be available near the function center. However, patrons will also be encouraged to make use of a bus drop-off area.
