RV Industry Association (RVIA) President Craig Kirby will speak at the 2021 RV Industry Power Breakfast on December 2, RVIA announced in a News & Insights report.
The event will be at the RV/MH Hall of Fame Ingram Hall in Elkhart, Indiana. Ticket sales for the annual breakfast that’s attracted thousands of members of the industry began on October 18.
Alongside Kirby will be Peter Morici, an economist and professor emeritus at the University of Maryland. He will address the audience to review the current state of the U.S. economy and its influence on the North American RV industry.
There will also be a “Big Three Panel Discussion” which will feature the chief executives of three major RV builders—THOR Industries Inc.’s Bob Martin, Forest River Inc.’s Pete Liegl, and Winnebago Industries Inc.’s Mike Happe.
The program will be rounded out by KOA’s Chief of Franchise Darin Uselman, RVDA President Phil Ingrassia, 2022 RVDA Chair Mike Pearo, Indiana House Speaker Todd Huston, and via video, U.S. Rep. Jackie Walorski.
“Speaking for the steering committee, sponsors, and breakfast facilitators RVBusiness and BJ Thompson Associates, we are excited to get the Power Breakfast back up and running,” organizers noted. “That’s not only because of the strategic intelligence that’s generated by this annual affair but also due to the opportunity to again sit down and visit with friends and associates like people have done in this relational business since Day One.”
