While the Biden administration’s COVID-19 vaccine requirement for large private companies is currently under fire after an appeals court stopped the new rule, followed by the announcement of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) to suspend its implementation, there is an imminent deadline (December 6) for businesses to provide comments regarding the Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS).

The RV Industry Association (RVIA) said it has been closely watching developments with the rule that affects its members and the RV industry. All RVIA members can access an information center that provides information and direction to assist in understanding pertinent federal regulations and guidelines.

The complete interim final rule is available at this link, and comments about the rule are available online by clicking here.

Anyone needing assistance or questions may contact Chris Bornemann, RV Industry Association Director of Federal Affairs, at [email protected]
