The National Association of RV Parks and Campgrounds (ARVC) has announced that Spot2Nite has joined ARVC ‘s Integrated Partnership Program as a Signature Partner, the second-highest tier in the program.

Spot2Nite is a first-of-its-kind, fully integrated Online Travel Agency (OTA) mobile app that combines with an RV park or resort, campground, or glamping business’ existing PMS (Park Management System).  Spot2Nite compiles the business’ profile information once connected to its PMS and then creates a unique listing on the Spot2Nite app. RVers and campers can then search for park availability in real-time and make reservations instantly at home or while traveling.

Spot2Nite eliminates additional management of inventory outside of a PMS and provides convenient service to all travelers who use it, and all campgrounds who list on it due to its two-way integration between Spot2Nite and the current business’ PMS.

“ARVC has consistently delivered a positive relationship to our target audience, helping Spot2Nite reach our park customers nationwide,” says Terry Broussard, CEO and co-founder of Spot2Nite. “Through its national events and state-level events hosted by its partnering states, we are able to meet park owners face to face and share our vision of real-time immediate booking of available park spots to our family of travelers.”

ARVC members have already been reporting on the ease of working with Spot2Nite’s team as well as the exciting benefits its mobile app provides:

Danica Wilson, of ARVC member Horizon Outdoor Hospitality, says “Terry and his team are incredibly easy to work with, they are cheerful, thorough, and proactive. Building our managed properties into Spot2Nite has been an absolute breeze. One of the hassles with OTA’s is having to spend hours creating your park profile AND then managing the inventory/reservations. Spot2Nite already had everything built AND all we had to do was receive the reservations!”

Grant LaGrange, director of park relations for Spot2Nite, says this relationship with existing PMS companies is what really makes Spot2Nite unique.

“Our position within the campground community is unique as we operate independently alongside Park Management Systems Partners, deliver our service completely free of charge, and do so without any management on the campground side. We have yet to find a park that doesn’t want additional exposure, more reservations, all at no cost and without additional effort for the park!”

ARVC president and CEO Paul Bambei says this partnership will provide additional management options and a unique benefit to ARVC members.

“ARVC is always looking for ways to broaden and strengthen our community as well as enlighten our members of potential benefits for their business. By partnering with Spot2Nite this does both,” he says. “The partnership will expose the Spot2nite brand to our members and will allow travelers to effortlessly connect with our member campgrounds.”
