The traffic Department also stated that motorists must use the orbital roads and their branching roads to ensure that all safety requirements are met. They must stay on the right side of the road and not overtake.
Caravans must also have a functional fire extinguisher, rear and side reflectors, safety brakes with brake indicator lights, and good-quality tires.
