Fire and Rescue Services evacuated hikers from Begin Park after the fire began to spread late Friday night, a report said.
The cause for the fire remains unknown, according to Fire and Rescue Services.
The park is located between Betar Illit and Tzur Hadassah.
The fire engulfed nearly 10 acres of property, and firefighters did not have it under control as of Friday night. Many teams of the Judea, as well as Samaria, Jerusalem, and Center regional fire units, were dispatched to the scene to tackle this forest fire.
According to Fire and Rescue, the fire began at various places and then spread to the hills to Ein Koby, a hidden spring.
Border Police assisted in evacuating hikers and families camping in the parks, worried that the fires might extend to their campsite.
