Love’s Travel Stops is now open in Valdosta, Georgia, marking the opening of its 20th location in “The Peach State.”
Located off Exit 13 on Interstate 75, the travel stop is a destination before crossing the Florida border. Open 24/7, it offers numerous amenities, including a Bojangles, a Godfather’s Pizza, and Love’s Fresh Kitchen with fresh salads and wraps. Love’s branded snacks are also available.
Additional amenities include showers and a laundry facility. For professional drivers, the location provides 111 truck parking spaces with CAT scales.
According to a press release, recognizing Valdosta’s popularity among RVers, the travel stop also features five RV hookups.
In celebration of the grand opening, Love’s will donate $5,000 to the Miracle League of Valdosta. This marks 20 years of supporting children and adults with disabilities.
“Giving back to the communities Love’s serves and maintaining an inclusive and diverse workplace are hallmarks of the company’s award-winning culture,” the press release indicated.
In addition to a travel stop in Georgia, Love’s recently opened a new location in Sarcoxie, Missouri, along Interstate 44. This location operates 24/7 and offers a variety of amenities, including fresh food and drinks, Love’s branded snacks, and an Arby’s.
Professional drivers will benefit from the addition of 89 truck parking spaces, and RVers will have access to three RV hookups.
To celebrate the grand opening, Love’s split a $5,000 donation between the Sarcoxie Public Library and the Sarcoxie Police Department.
